Best Treadmill Trainer workouts
Good Afternoon Yuri…….. From Sydney AustraliaThought I would forward you some feedback re Treadmill Trainer Vol 1.I am very excited with my progress so far.Just a little background…I’m 41 years old and have always wanted to be able to jog. Whenever I saw someone running in the park I always thought…gee I wish that was me.I had been carrying some xtra kilos for the last few years, smoked cigarettes and spent all of my time raising kids, looking after a family and working. I seemed to devote all my time to the kids sport and educational activities etc…rather than anything for me.That has since changed (kids now 20 & 18 years) and I had now run out of excuses.In March 09 I decided to start losing some weight. To date have lost almost 18 kilos (which I think is about 39 pounds?) and given up smoking.I still have a few more kilos (about 8 more) to get to my goal weight of 60 kilos.To lose the 18 Kgs, I was walking 5 days a week (and dieting of course) but my weight loss had just seemed to stop and nothing else much happened until it was suggested by a friend that I give jogging a go, to which of course I laughed, there was no way that I could run.That was until I found you and your wonderful programs.I have used Vol 1 for 3 weeks now and the changes in me are amazing. I have lost another 2.5 kilos; the weight just seemed to fall off. I feel so “alive”.I am feeling happiness and an upbeat mood that I can’t even explain. Funnily a co worker has asked me what kind of drug I was on or if I was having an affair, as my mood was so elated. This is the best I have felt in years.I have now set myself another goal. In 6 months I want to have the confidence to join a social running club, called Sydney Striders. They meet monthly on a Sunday and have fun runs ranging from 5 km to the biggy half marathon. By March 2010 I want to join this group for the 5 km runs.Is this an unrealistic goal?Anyway thank you again Yuri…I am looking forward to being able to take on the next Volume..
