Their Trust Was Not Misplaced
There were many times that I thought that I was in a dead end job with no possibilities for advancement. My manager approached me one day, and everything changed for me. I was overjoyed when he told me that I was one of the three employees out of a hundred that had been chosen to complete a mechanical training course. I could not express in words how happy I was about the opportunity. Not only would it open up more job opportunities for me, but it also involved a lot more money. They put their trust in me and I definitely will not let them down.
