Looking Out For Their Safety
I run a small manufacturing company with a total of thirty employees. They are all excellent workers and adapt well to any situation. I am expanding and will be installing new machinery in the near future. I want to make sure everyone knows everything that they need to know about the new equipment to operate it safely. I made arrangements with an company to provide the mechanical training courses that they need to accomplish this. The courses are all self paced and can be completed online. There are pretest given throughout the course and a final test at the end to ensure they have mastered the material.
