Stretching to Promote a Healthy Sciatic Nerve
Many people suffer with sciatica unknowingly. Only knowing that they have an intense, deep, excruciating pain that they don’t seem to be able to do anything about. Sciatica is a group of symptoms (one of them most commonly being pain) that indicates that the sciatic nerve is being compressed or irritated. It is highly recommended to learn sciatica stretches to relieve one self of this pain. Stretching feels good to the body. It promotes muscle strengthening and allows the body correct itself.
