Strength Training Routines for Women
I am looking for some good strength training routines for women. I am particularly interested in figuring out which are the best arm exercises for women, since I would like to get rid of that flabby part on the back of my arms without getting my arms all bulky. I also want to be able to lift heavy boxes without having to ask for help. I am so weak right now it isn’t even funny. I am hoping some exercise will fix that and get me great looking arms as well. I want to be able to wear sleeveless tops and look good.
