Dr Oz recommended vitamins

Vitamins are the fuel to our human body without which it is really hard for us to survive. There are several kinds of vitamins. But the very useful and much talked vitamins are vitamin a vitamin b, vitamin c, vitamin d and vitamin e. They are Dr Oz recommended vitamins. Dr oz also described about the sources, function and the uses of these vitamins in the Oprah Winfrey show. As we also know vitamin a is good for eyesight, vitamin b is for the metabolism. It is of no use if our food is not metabolized properly, that is why he emphasized on metabolism and its vitamin sources.
