My wallet caused my back pain
The past month or so I have been getting low back pain. It started out as just stiffness and then became achy. Then the pain got worse and I started feeling tingling and zipping sensations down my right legs. That really freaked me out so I decided to see a local Houston Chiropractor The doctor worked on my muscles and then gave me an adjustment which felt fabulous. My back was pain free. Then before I left she gave me some simple advice, don’t put your wallet in your back pocket. At first I didn’t understand why that mattered. Then she explained that when you have your wallet in your back pocket and you sit on it all day your hips are uneven and your low back has to compensate for it, and the big nerve that goes down your leg goes through your butt so I had been compressing that nerve with my wallet! I am sure glad she could set me straight!
