Losing Weight Healthily, Gluten-Free

I’ve had weight problems for a very long time. A whole array of fad diets, and “health solutions” have not helped my at all! It seems to me as if I get the weight off only to have it come back in less than a year. Because of this, I am going to try an Alkaline Diet. My friend has been following this diet so that she can get her body’s ph level back to normal, when before it had been very acidic. I am grateful that this diet consists of many fresh fruits and vegetables. I will be able to eat the food and save quite a bit of money because I can grow most of it in my garden. As far as gluten-free diets go, this is a great example.
