I have gone through half of my life thinking that the world is against me. It was so bad that stepping out to walk our dog made me break out in cold sweat and made me hyper-ventilate. The phrase ‘hair-trigger’ would often describe my temper and how short my fuse was. Because of a loving and supportive family who never gave up, life is easier to face and the world is clearer than bearable. There were times when the last resort would have been getting prescription drug treatments. I am thankful we were referred to a better alternative, the Linden Method anxiety treatments.
I do have moments, but the Linden Method doesn’t leave you unequipped to get over anxiety. It was through this method that i found out my family wasn’t the enemy. It was my anxiety getting the better of me.
