Going to try something new for weight loss…
I’ve been trying to lose weight for months and months, and haven’t really had any success thus far. I’m so frustrated!
A friend of mine has encouraged me to try a more structured weight loss program, and I’m thinking about buying Jon Benson’s Every Other Day Diet. I hesitate because I don’t want to fall victim to some Every Other Day Diet scam if it’s not legit.
Has anyone tried it?
If anyone has any other suggestions, I am all ears. I really just want to find a weight loss approach that will allow me to get back down to my natural weight safely.
