I’m Looking for a Job off the Coast

Quitting high school in my senior year was not the best decision I have ever made. Because I was of age, my parents gave up trying to talk me into going back. A few days turned into a few weeks and then going back would have been useless for graduation on time, so my dad said that I needed to get out there and find a job. I soon discovered that having a high school diploma was more significant than I had realized. I finally found an ad for entry level offshore roughneck jobs down on the coast. Since I have an aunt and uncle down there, I’m headed south. Maybe this will give me the start that I need.
