Are bad credit lenders hurting the lending industry?

You may have heard of Bad Credit Lender. They are a group of companies that offers loans to people with bad credit. You may ask, aren’t they causing more harm to these people who already have BAD credit? Aren’t they hurting the industry?

Well, the view point of these lenders are different. They believe that even though some people have bad credit, they DO have the cash to repay. They may get a bad credit last year but this year they have better job with better pay. However, their bad score remains.

So, these people believe that these borrowers have the ability to pay. I don’t think they are hurting the industry at all.
